All of our team complete an induction with us before delivering a session.They complete many courses both online and in person to ensure that we are up to date with best practices etc.. All of our coaches have an enhanced DBS check completed. Some of the courses that the team complete are:
Safeguarding, Food hygiene, GDPR, Early Years Framework, Keeping children safe in education, Paediatric first aid, Allergens, manual handling, Health and safety, Positive behaviour plus many more..... We also have regular team meeting to share best practices to ensure we provide the best service.

Nick

Director

At Ace Sports our Director, Nick brings a passion for nurturing young minds and over 16 years of experience in childhood education and sports.

With a deep commitment to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, Nick leads our team in fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Mandy

Peacock Club Manager

Mandy has worked within childcare for the last 20 years. She was a childminder for 10 years and has worked within private nurseries and James Peacock Breakfast and After school club for 10 years.

Mandy holds Level 3 in childcare, Paediatric first aid, Food hygiene plus many more. Mandy is our Designated

Safeguard Lead and Senco Lead.

Connie

Peacock Club Assistant

Connie has worked within the wraparound care setting for several years.

Connie is currently completing her level 3 childcare qualification.

Kelly

Breakfast Club Manager and Holiday Club Leader

Kelly is a qualified Teacher and works within our breakfast club setting at lantern lane. Kelly also runs days at our holidays clubs.

Kelly has a passion for working within the Early Years settings.

Amber B

Breakfast Club Manager and Holiday Club Leader

Amber is a Level 3 in children's care learning and development, Paediatric first aid trained and has 9 years experience in early years - 2 years in private day nursery and 7 years in school including after school club. Amber is experienced with children and adults with SEN. Amber has completed Food hygiene and allergy and intolerance training.

Amber is also one of our Designated safeguard leads, planning managers and Senco leads.

Janet

Peacock Club Assistant

Janet has been working as a classroom assistant for the last 6 years mainly looking after SEND children and children with risky behaviours, also Autism.

NVQ level 3 teaching assistant diploma which includes support for children with additional needs. Janet has also had diabetes training, level 2 in food safety and hygiene and Paediatric first aid.

Elise Y

Lead Sports Coach

Elise is one of our lead sports coaches.
Elise lead PE sessions across the programme, PPA, Extra curricular sessions and is also one of our lead holiday club coaches.
Elise also represents England in Cheer leading and has competed at the world championships.

Lottie

Peacock Club Assistant

Lottie works within our wraparound care setting and holiday clubs..

She is now working towards completing a degree in order to become a classroom teacher..

Karen

Peacock Club Assistant

Karen has been working at school for several years and offers support within the school day.

Paediatric first aid trained, experienced working with children aged 3+ and Level 2 Food hygiene trained.

Maya

Holiday Club Leader

Maya is one of our Wraparound care leaders. She has a degree in child psychology Maya also works within schools supporting children on a 121 basis.

Maya is Peadiatric First Aid trained.

Nathan

Holiday Club Leader

Nathan works within our schools delivering PE, PPA, Extra curricular sessions, and is also a lead coach for our holiday clubs settings.

Millie

Wraparound Care Assistant

Millie has joined the team as one of our lead dance coaches. Millie also helps at our wrap around settings and holiday clubs.
