ASC Clubs are a place where children can meet new friends and flourish in their chosen activity.
Breakfast club will run from 7.30am until the start of the school day, and costs £5.75 per session. Breakfast is served until approx 8.20am, and children are offered a range of cereals, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurts and a drink. Breakfast will not be served after 8:20 as we will be getting the children ready to make our way to class.
After School Club runs from end of the school day until 5:45pm and costs £9.25 per session.
Children are offered a wide range of sandwiches, wraps, crackers, fruit, vegetables and drink.
Children are always supervised on their transition from school to us whether this is by a member of the team or their class teacher.
During our sessions there is a wide selection of activities for the children to chose from. These vary from board games, arts and crafts, sports, games plus much more..
We will also be using the outside space and school hall for our sessions.
We also have a quiet room available if children would like to go and read, do some homework, colour or do one of our quiet activities.
Drop off and collection
Drop off will be open from 7:30am each morning. Our drop off point will be the yellow doors which take you into the school hall.
** Parents must be with children at drop off so we can ensure they are supervised at all times**
Please ensure that if you would like your child to have breakfast with us they will need to arrive before 8:20. Any children arriving after that will not have time for breakfast as we will be getting ready to go to school.
The ASC team will make sure that the children have all their belongings and are in their class ready for the day.
For our after school clubs it is the parent / guardians responsibility to inform the class teacher that they are attending the after school club..Please also inform the class teacher and us if they are not going to be attending one of their booked sessions.
All children must be collected by the person nominated on your booking form, if this is different then you must inform us before collection and they must have your collection password, if not we will not be able to let the children leave ASC Clubs.
You can collect your children anytime up to 5:45pm. (Please note that we will having food from approx 3:45pm - 4:15pm).
Bookings
We now operate on an online booking system. All bookings must be made online using this link asc.ipalbookings.com
On our booking system you can book your required place for the whole academic year. You will not have to pay for the full year. The system raises an invoice monthly for your bookings.
If your child does not attend the club for any reason, e.g. illness, going to a friend’s house after school or is attending another club etc. you will still be charged for the booked session.
If you would like to decrease the number of sessions in your set pattern or cancel your place fully, this can be done and must be done in writing to Nick, and these sessions will then be offered to another family.
If you require any additional sessions to your normal pattern, you can visit our website to see if we have availability. Once an additional session has been booked, we will be unable to cancel or swap the session and you will still be charged.

*** Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your child at the club without prior booking.***
In the interests of safeguarding, if for some reason your child is not going to attend one of our sessions then we do ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
If you have different requirements due to your work pattern then please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate.

Paying for the Club
Our booking system will send you an invoice each month for the sessions within that month only.
September 1st Invoice will include sessions within September etc..

Our sessions will mainly be run by Nick, Kelly H, Casey, Laurian, Shannon and Millie .
Team members have Safeguard training, Enhanced DBS, Coaching qualifications, Teaching qualifications, working with children plus lots of other qualifications

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my account goes into arrears?
The system will send follow up emails for the missed payment. We reserve the right to cancel all future sessions if invoices are not paid.
Can I pay via childcare vouchers ?
Yes you can, we accept all childcare vouchers. Please note that some vouchers take 3 - 5 working days to be allocated to your account.

* It is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to ensure that ASC have up-to- date mobile telephone numbers and addresses to allow us to communicate effectively with you.
** We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child whose parents have not paid in advance for a session or if their account is in arrears.
