ASC Wrap around care, held at Bramcote C of E Primary School
ASC Clubs are a place where children can meet new friends and flourish in their chosen activity.
Breakfast club will run from 7.30am until School drop off, and costs £5.75 per session. Breakfast is served until 8.20am, and children are offered a range of cereals, toast, fresh fruit and a drink. Breakfast will not be served after 8:20 as we will be getting the children ready to make our way to school.
After School Club runs from pick up time until 5:45pm and costs £8.50 per session. Children are offered a wide range of sandwiches, wraps, crackers, fruit, vegetables and drink.
Please note we operate a late collection charge if you pick your child up after 5:45pm.
Children will receive their food when they arrive with us, then we will run our range of activities for the children.
We will also be using the outside space and school hall to run sporting activities for the children.
Drop off and collection
Drop off will be open from 7:30am each morning. Our drop off point is the main school office door and a member of the ASC Peacock Club team will sign your child / children in and out.
Please be aware that you will need to ring through to us fo us to open the door for you.
** Parents must be with children at drop off so we can ensure they are supervised at all times**
Please ensure that if you would like your child to have breakfast with us they will need to arrive before 8:20. Any children arriving after that will not have time for breakfast as we will be getting ready to go to school.
The ASC team will make sure that the children have all their belongings and are in their class ready for the day.
For our after school clubs it is the parent / guardians responsibility to inform the class teacher that they are attending the after school club..
All children must be collected by the person nominated on your booking form, if this is different then you must inform us before collection and they must have your collection password. We operate on a collection password for all children. This will need to be completed for all bookings. Anyone who is collecting must have this password, if not we will not be able to let the children leave ASC Clubs.
You can collect your children anytime up to 5:45pm. (Please note that we will having food from approx 3:15pm - 4:15pm).
Collection will be from the sports hall door which is down the side of the school on the main office side. You will need to call us so we know you are here. The phone number will be on the main school door.
Please allow us a little bit more time to bring the children out to you.
Bookings
We operate on an online booking system. All bookings must be made online to secure your place. The booking link is :
If your child does not attend the club for any reason, e.g. illness, going to a friend’s house after school or is attending another club etc. you will still be charged for the booked session.
If you would like to decrease the number of sessions in your set pattern or cancel your place fully, this can be done and must be done in writing to Nick, and future sessions on the cancelled days will be offered to another child.
If you require any additional sessions to your normal pattern, you can visit our website to see if we have availability. Once an additional session has been booked, we will be unable to cancel or swap the session and you will still be charged.

Any changes to your booking must be put in writing to ASC via email.
In the interests of safeguarding, if for some reason your child is not going to attend one of our sessions then we do ask that you let us know as soon as possible by texting our peacock club phone, this number will be sent out to all parents.
Paying for the Club
The new booking system will send you an invoice to let you know how much to pay. The invoice will be for the sessions within the month only. The October invoice will include October sessions only etc..
This invoice needs to be paid in order to secure your place.
Unfortunately we are unable to take cash or cheques.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if my account goes into arrears?
The system will send follow up emails for the missed payment.We reserve the right to cancel all future sessions if invoices are not paid.
Can I pay via childcare vouchers ?
Yes you can, we accept all childcare vouchers. Please note that some vouchers take 3 - 5 working days to be allocated to your account.
* It is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to ensure that ASC have up-to- date mobile telephone numbers and addresses to allow us to communicate effectively with you.
** We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child whose parents have not paid in advance for a session or if their account is in arrears.
